Blue Sky State Filing Fees

The federal government regulates securities laws, but each state enacts its own securities laws, referred to as "Blue Sky Laws," to supplement the federal securities laws and further regulate the sale and offering of securities. These laws have specific requirements that vary by the state concerning the required fee and how securities may be registered.

The Blue Sky state filing fees of Section 18(b)(4)(D) for Rule 506 offerings can be found below. Due to the number of nuanced requirements and complexity of fee computations, for specific questions, please consult Colonial Stock Transfer to help process your filings. Our blue sky services team can help you from start to finish. Also, see a full list of Regulation A Blue Sky Fees
